Hadiths with Reference





1. Narrated by Anas (RA):
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: “On the day of Resurrection, Allah will pour molten lead into the ears of whoever sits listening to a songstress”

2. Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
The Prophet said: "I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful." It was asked, "Do they disbelieve in Allah?" (or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied, "They are ungrateful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors and the good (charitable deeds) done to them. If you have always been good (benevolent) to one of them and then she sees something in you (not of her liking), she will say, 'I have never received any good from you."

3. Narrated Abu Musa:
Some people asked Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), "Whose Islam is the best? i.e. (Who is a very good Muslim)?" He replied, "One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands."

4. Narrated Anas:
The Prophet
(may peace be upon him), "None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself."

5. Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab:
Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intention and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Apostle, then his emigration was for Allah and His Apostle. And whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for."

6. Narrated Anas:
The Prophet said "None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind."

7. Narrated Al-Ahnaf bin Qais:
While I was going to help this man ('Ali Ibn Abi Talib), Abu Bakra met me and asked, "Where are you going?" I replied, "I am going to help that person." He said, "Go back for I have heard Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) saying, 'When two Muslims fight (meet) each other with their swords, both the murderer as well as the murdered will go to the Hell-fire.' I said, 'O Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him)! It is all right for the murderer but what about the murdered one?' Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) replied, "He surely had the intention to kill his companion."

8. Narrated Muawiya:
I heard Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) saying, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion. I am just a distributor, but the grant is from Allah. (And remember) that this nation (true Muslims) will keep on following Allah's teachings strictly and they will not be harmed by any one going on a different path till Allah's order (Day of Judgment) is established."

9. Narrated Abu Qatada:
Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said, "Whenever anyone of you drinks water, he should not breathe in the drinking utensil, and whenever anyone of you goes to a lavatory, he should neither touch his penis nor clean his private parts with his right hand."

10. Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "When it is a Friday, the angels stand at the gate of the mosque and keep on writing the names of the persons coming to the mosque in succession according to their arrivals. The example of the one who enters the mosque in the earliest hour is that of one offering a camel (in sacrifice). The one coming next is like one offering a cow and then a ram and then a chicken and then an egg respectively. When the Imam comes out (for Jummah prayer) they (i.e. angels) fold their papers and listen to the Khutba."

11. Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim heard The Prophet (may peace be upon him) saying: "Save yourself from Hell-fire even by giving half a date-fruit in charity."

12. Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "Seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His. They are:
(1) A just ruler;
(2) A young man who has been brought up in the worship of Allah, (i.e. worship Allah (Alone) sincerely from his childhood),
(3) A man whose heart is attached to the mosque (who offers the five compulsory congregational prayers in the mosque);
(4) Two persons who love each other only for Allah's sake and they meet and part in Allah's cause only;
(5) A man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for an illegal sexual intercourse with her and says: I am afraid of Allah;
(6) A person who practices charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given (i.e. nobody knows how much he has given in charity).
(7) A person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes get flooded with tears."

13. Narrated Hakim bin Hizam:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "The upper hand is better than the lower hand (i.e. he who gives in charity is better than him who takes it). One should start giving first to his dependents. And the best object of charity is that which is given by a wealthy person (from the money which is left after his expenses). And whoever abstains from asking others for some financial help, Allah will give him and save him from asking others, Allah will make him self-sufficient."

14. Narrated Sahl:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "There is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Raiyan, and those who observe fasts will enter through it on the Day of Resurrection and none except them will enter through it. It will be said, 'Where are those who used to observe fasts?' They will get up, and none except them will enter through it. After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it."

15. Narrated Aisha (ra):
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "The most hated person in the sight of Allah is the most quarrelsome person."

16. Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, Whoever wears silk in this world shall not wear it in the Hereafter."

17. Narrated Abu Huraira :
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "(Allah said), 'Every good deed of Adam's son is for him except fasting; it is for Me. and I shall reward (the fasting person) for it.' Verily, the smell of the mouth of a fasting person is better to Allah than the smell of musk."

18. Narrated Abu Talha:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or there are pictures."

19. Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar :
Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said, "Those who make these pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them. 'Make alive what you have created.'"

20. Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said, "Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His slave than anyone of you is pleased with finding his camel which he had lost in the desert. "

21. Narrated Hudhaifa:
When The Prophet (may peace be upon him) went to bed at night, he would put his hand under his cheek and then say, "Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya," and when he got up, he would say, "Al-Hamdu lil-lahi al-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana, wa ilaihi an-nushur."

22. Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Whenever The Prophet (may peace be upon him) went to the lavatory, he used to say: "Allahumma Inni a'udhu bika minalkhubthi Wal khaba'ith."

23. Narrated Abu Huraira:
Abu-l-Qasim (The Prophet (may peace be upon him)) said, "On Friday there is a particular time. If a Muslim happens to be praying and invoking Allah for something good during that time, Allah will surely fulfill his request." The Prophet (may peace be upon him) pointed out with his hand. We thought that he wanted to illustrate how short that time was.

24. Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea."

25. Narrated Anas:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "Whoever has seen me in a dream, then no doubt, he has seen me, for Satan cannot imitate my shape."

26. Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said, "Allah said: The Fast is for Me and I will give the reward for it, as he (the one who observes the fast) leaves his sexual desire, food and drink for My Sake. Fasting is a screen (from Hell) and there are two pleasures for a fasting person, one at the time of breaking his fast, and the other at the time when he will meet his Lord. And the smell of the mouth of a fasting person is better in Allah's Sight than the smell of musk."

27. Narrated 'Ali:
I said to Ibn 'Abbas, "During the battle of Khaibar The Prophet (may peace be upon him) forbade Al-Mut'a (temporary marriage) and the eating of donkey's meat."

28. "Whoever can afford it but does not offer a sacrifice (Qurbani/Slaughter an animal), let him not come near our prayer place (for Eid)."

Narrated Abu Huraira:
A man said to The Prophet (Pbuh), "Advise me! "The Prophet (Pbuh) said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again & again, and The Prophet (Pbuh) said in each case, "Do not become angry & furious."

Islamic Quotes & Advices


1. The Creator of everything that you love is the One who deserves your love the most.
2. Sins destroy the heart, Tawbah puts it back together
3. Call upon الله in times of ease the way you would call upon Him in times of hardship.
4. Being able to recognize goodness in others is truly a blessing from الله
5. If Allah loves you more than your mother, you shouldn't be ashamed of crying to him like a baby.

29. Your intellect is a mercy from الله so when you question الله’s mercy first question who gave you the ability to question?
30. "And never give up hope of Allāh’s Mercy. Certainly no one despairs of Allāh’s Mercy, except the people who disbelieve” [Quran, Yusuf 12:87]
31. “O you who believe! Seek help in patience and As-Salāt (prayer). Truly! Allāh is with As-Sābirin (the patient).” (Qur’an, Al-Baqarah 2:153)
32. Quran is the best advice you will ever get.
33. Distressed? Depressed? Anxious? Lonely? Empty? Qur’an Heals. God’s words…Heal.
34. And kill not ur children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Surely, the killing of them is a great sin.” [Surah Al-Israa]

47. Lying is not permissible in Islam unless the lie will actually cover up somebody else's shame or will avoid distress for everybody.
48. Do NOT fast because you want to impress others. Fast with the intentions to please only ALLAH, and to get the reward for doing so
49. If your Legs can't take you to Pray, then how do you expect them to carry you to Paradise?
50. Forget about Duniya, which is temporary Work for Akirah, which is eternal

104. The most beloved Jihad according to Allah is that a word of truth be spoken to a tyrant ruler.
105. The best of places are the Mosques and the worst of places are the markets
106. ”Our Lord! We have indeed believed, so forgive us our sins and save us from the punishment of the Fire.” -Qur'an 3:16-
107. Don’t be afraid to repent and change, you may lose some friends but you’ll have الله.
108. he most beloved of deeds according to Allah is that you die and yet your tongue is still moist from the remembrance of Allah.
109. Allah does not judge you on how bad you have been in the past, but rather on how good you strive to be today.
110. Dear sister, a man is responsible for his gaze, but you are responsible for what you give him to gaze at
111. Be honest and truthful. Honesty and truthfulness guides a person to piety. And piety guides a person to Jannāh.
112. “A person’s tongue can give you the taste of his heart.” ~Ibn Qayyim
113. The most beloved of deeds according to Allah are the prayer in its right time, to treat the parents in an excellent manner And Jihad in the path of ALLAH
114. Don't give someone a reason to not to trust you.
115. The best of which man can leave behind for himself are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him An ongoing charity whose reward continues to reach him and knowledge which others benefit from after him.
116. The best prayers for women are those performed in the most private parts of their houses.
117. Dear sisters in islam hijab is not a fashion - is to cover your beauty and free from evil eyes.
118. ‘Worship الله and do not associate anything with Him, pray the prescribed prayers, give the obligatory Zakaat, perform Hajj and Umrah.’

134. Live amongst people in such a manner that if you die they weep over you and if you are alive they crave for your company.

142. O' Muslim youths we are the future of Islam, we are the best of nations, let's show that in our interactions with people.
143. "Music is the Qur'an of the devil." [Ibn Qayyim]
144. Follow your heart, not your ego. Trust Allah not people
145. Allah (SWT) has said in the Noble Qur'an: "I have not created the jinn & humankind for any other purpose except that they should worship Me"
146. Without faith, you have no life. You may still exist, but you have no life.
147. Be satisfied with what Allah has allotted you & you will be the richest of people
148. Most of the sins committed by the son of Adam are sins of the tongue.Control your tongue,let your house be enough for you&weep for your sins
149. If you constantly remember الله, الله will show you signs that He is remembering you -“So remember me, I shall remember you.”[Quran 2:152]
150. A good Muslim will have a heart that never hates, smile that never hurts, and love that never ends.
151. Broken people are the most blessed that ALLAH give them chance to recognize Him as a true companion!♥
